I’m a dedicated Medical Office Assistant at Apex, where I’ve been working for the past four years. Over this time, I’ve gained strong hands-on experience in managing front-desk operations, coordinating patient appointments, handling medical records, processing billing, and supporting physicians to ensure smooth daily clinic operations. I take pride in creating a welcoming environment for patients and providing organized, efficient administrative support.
I completed my Diploma in Computer Information Systems from the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) in 2020. My education strengthened my technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work confidently with different systems and software. Additionally, I hold a Live-in Caregiver Certificate, which has enhanced my compassion, patience, and understanding when working with diverse patient needs.
